thank you may, penny, shawn and jeaphony for accompanying me for that little pseudo-bdae thing at ministry of food. the milkshakes are freaking fabulous, and so’s the salmon sashimi woah-ho. hopefully may uploads them pictures onto fb soon, then you can see the gastro-orgasm that is their food.

penny’s taptap game thing on her iphone was too fun, and the other apps were really too cool as well. pity i cant invest in one while i’m still in army, or it’ll totally be underutilized.

2 weeks more, and then i’ll finally decide if it’ll ever be worth it or not.

there hasnt been very much that’s been interesting to talk abt here lately, i’ve just been bothered by the same issues during this whole time. it’s nice to have ppl to ask abt your problems though, so thanks phil and janice (:

however, it’s worth noting that i celebrated my bdae, for the first time this year, today!

it was more of a combined bdae celebration thing for zhaohan and i, but i can haz no complaints man. it’s funny how the ppl that i’ve known for the shortest time seem to be the ones that are making the most effort to make us feel special, in all of that 15min. zhaohan claims he doesnt care of course, but i’m sure that he was warm and fuzzy after everyone sang us that bdae song anyway heh.

her smile, as fleeting as the morning dew, invades my thoughts and renders me incapable of any other mental process for that entire duration.

random snippets of the few conversations we ever had replace the words before my eyes, conveniently filtering all other ambient noise at the same time.

back from worship retreat! one day earlier than it was supposed to end though -sighs because of my lack of off days-

i managed to benefit from this time more than i expected to, renewing old friendships and strengthening current ones. i was also reminded of what it truly means to worship, again. it’s not as if i havent heard all this before, but it just slips your mind time and again, you know? complacency isnt exactly a virtue, and it’s sth i should be more aware of from now on. again.

great job camp committee! (even though i’m kinda praising myself here since i’m part of it, hoho) i sincerely hope things in the ministry will improve, and we’ll be able to call ourselves true worshipers instead of just competent musicians in the future.

back to army tmr, mehh. it’s onli so much more depressing cos everyone’s gonna have awesome bryani tmr for lunch while ima have to contend with canteen food.

bah, i wanna go hang out and chill soon. anyone wants to celebrate my birthday? as an excuse to go out together of course!

i’m heading for a worship retreat over the weekend, so i’m not exactly gonna be readily available on msn like i usually am.

if you guys wanna contact me during this period, just drop me a text. if you’re going through some emotional crisis and you need someone to talk to quickly, please call. if you decide to skip lunch because you’re busy studying and if you end up with gastric again, call me immediately. you deserve a telling-off, hmph.

i have this funny feeling that i’m gonna feel a little out-of-place again during this retreat, since the company i’ll be spending the most time with isnt exactly a group of close friends, and i’m so distanced from all the youth now that i onli have a sense of attachment to my cell boys. please pray for me, it’s not a pleasant feeling to feel awkward around people that you’re supposed to be "family" with.

well, time to turn up the heat. the onli relaxed and potentially enjoyable week of november is over, time to crank it up and hulksmash my way through the rest of the year now.

it hasnt been a particularly fantastic day, esp with the many screw ups at work that i had to fix, and with all the other nonsense that came up along the way.

nevertheless, a big THANK YOU to everyone that wished me at some point today! you all made me feel better and more appreciated, so thank you very much for just taking those 15 seconds of your life to send me a nice little msg (:
