i just read an article, and i have been enlightened heh. let’s just summarize what i’ve learnt in a few points down here.

  1. there’s a fine line between jealousy and suspicion. you can never forget or get over what that person did, and with good reason. not a very good way of living your life is it?
  2. other than this one tiny little incident, the other party is actually decent? the moment somebody does sth liddat to you, it’s a contradiction in terms. you’re rationalizing the situation and for what? by "forgiving", it’s just indirectly saying it’s ok for the other party to do it to you again.
  3. in addition, if the "lucky person" lives far away from your friend as well, your friend had to do quite a bit to enjoy that little fling. so that rules out the possibility of this being a casual too-many-beers-at-a-bar in too-many-beers-at-a-bar incident, and the culprit must wanted to do this to you.

it probably doesnt make one feel really good after reading this, but it’s pretty much the blatant truth as far as i can tell. so in my opinion, save yourselves my friends.

it’s really not worth the emotional turmoil.
