eee army specs.
the trip back to hq today was pretty interesting. walked to hq with kasidah, and taught her some tricks to get into camp and how to deal with stuff in camp, while catching up at the side after 9 months of no communication at all.
met up with many many many ppl back in hq! azril, alvin, shamsul, the seniors. praba, mark, fadhil, ammirul, hafiz, hui ru, jia hui, raudah, fateha, from 52nd. riley, alvis, farhan, kasidah from 54th. and of course, lt arthur, who totally didnt believe me when i said i came back today after 9 long months just to say goodbye to him one last time before he ORD-ed. what an idiot boy.
catching up with everyone of them just brought back so many memories. memories of my own days as a cadet, progressing through the ranks and spending countless days doing useless things and taking instructions from my seniors and officers. memories of how the huge motherload of us slogged through 52nd, before passing our proudly as the new air officers. memories of how i led the 54th through their journey in becoming an officer, and the lovely bonds that i managed to share with them.
i cant believe i’m saying this, but once it’s all said and done… i will miss ncc.

on another note, i finally got my army specs today. adjusting pretty damn quickly to them, which is a little scary. i’m pretty much prepared for 2 years of crap in the army already, and i havent even taken my prelims yet. either that means i’m all ready to rumble in the army, or that i’m so fking ill prepared for my prelims that i’d rather run into war and get myself killed right now.
i think it’s the latter. fearlure.
