went back for ultimate today, and it was pretty fun (as usual). pity the weather took a turn for the worst though, so we had to ply at the space frame and do drills and shit. not that i’m complaining, since i was pretty much enjoying myself learning how to air bounce and whatnot today, but getting hit 3 times on your head/face isnt exactly the best thing in the world.
1. smashed in my right eye (slight bruise under my eye now)
2. smacked the disc into my upper lip (redness)
3. disc landed on the top of my head (getting used to this by now)
man i have no idea why i’m a disc magnet. sure that’s a good thing, since i’m playing deep more often than not. but i think attracting other things (such as ____s) would serve to benefit me more than attracting stray discs that i am unaware of.

power of prayer night (i think that’s wad it’s called anyway) tmr, but i dun feel like going for it at all. it’s hard to distance yourself mentally when you’re in such close physical proximity to the source of your emotional turmoil. shall have to think thoroughly before i make my decision, and any calculated risks that might influence my decision making.
